Olympus not dead yet? Oly releases new firmware. lens

Olympus - the hundred year old camera company which was bought out this summer by JIP, a company specializing in corporate turnarounds - apparently still has life left in it yet.
Yesterday Oly announced a pro sports/wild life 150-400 mm lens (an insane 300-800 full frame equivalent) and a bunch of firmware upgrades for 4 cameras - including the now 4 plus year old EM1 MII. The firmware includes improvements to IBIS while panning (something all stabilizing systems have difficulty with), bird AF, 14 bit RAW via a ninja recorder, and other little goodies.
For Olympus to still be doing firmware upgrades for a 4 year old camera is remarkable - clearly an industry leader in that regard.
I own the EM1 MII and it is without a doubt the best bang for buck 4K camera going, as you can get one used for as low as $600. The colors, auto focus, toughness, IBIS - all destroy anything from Panasonic (or really any other company). I was 2 seconds away from jumping to full frame when, almost as a lark, I bought the em1 II - and boy am I glad I did.
I'm looking to get the EM1 III (or, if announced, the EM1 M4) plus the Panasonic 10-25mm lens. With that setup, I can see standing pat for years to come. SO good news for the MFT format and Oly fans all around.
